Introduction
Our client is a small animal hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian (GP) to join their AAHA-accredited, full-service practice. The hospital provides a wide range of medical, surgical, and urgent care services for small animals and offers a supportive, team-oriented environment with access to advanced diagnostic tools and resources.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will manage a diverse caseload that includes both routine general practice and urgent care cases. Responsibilities include performing wellness exams, diagnostics, internal medicine, dentistry, and surgical procedures, as well as triaging and managing urgent and emergency presentations. The role involves working with advanced diagnostic tools, delivering high-quality patient care, and maintaining strong client communication. Veterinarians are supported in practicing independently while collaborating closely with an experienced team and benefiting from access to specialty resources.

Practice Details
The hospital operates seven days a week from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. The position follows a schedule of four 10-hour days per week, with every other weekend and some holidays included, offering flexibility and work-life balance. The facility is well-equipped with ultrasound, digital radiography, endoscopy, in-house I-STAT, chemistry, CBC and coagulation testing, multi-parameter monitors, Doppler blood pressure, a complete in-house ECC pharmacy, and a full line of blood products for dogs and cats. Services offered include preventive care, wellness exams, diagnostics, dentistry with dental X-rays, internal medicine, general surgery, emergency and urgent care, hospitalization, pain management, and advanced care such as oxygen and transfusion therapy, intensive care, and in-house laboratory and pharmacy services. The hospital also maintains a close relationship with a nearby specialty hospital, providing additional support for complex cases. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
