Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team, offering either full-time or part-time opportunities within a newly established general practice.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality care across general practice services, focusing on building long-term relationships with clients and their pets. Responsibilities include performing wellness exams, diagnostics, and surgical procedures, as well as developing and managing treatment plans. You will play a key role in shaping clinical workflows and contributing to the overall direction of the hospital as it continues to grow. Strong client communication, collaboration with the team, and maintaining accurate medical records are essential. This role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with a strong emphasis on mentorship, hands-on guidance, and ongoing learning.
Practice Details
This is a newly opened general practice hospital built on delivering high-quality medicine within a supportive, people-first culture. The practice offers a range of services including wellness and prevention, testing and diagnostics, advanced care, surgical procedures, and urgent care, supporting a varied caseload. The hospital emphasizes relationship-based care, allowing veterinarians to follow cases through and partner closely with clients. With a focus on collaboration, learning, and well-being, the environment is designed to support both professional growth and clinical excellence. Hospital hours are Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Wednesday closed, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and closed on Sunday.

The team currently consists of 1 DVM supported by a great tenured support team, creating a collaborative and supportive environment with strong mentorship opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
