Starting 2025 with a Bang!

We kicked off 2025 in true Tempus style! Shortly after returning to the office following the Christmas holidays and New Year’s celebrations, half of our team jetted off to sunny Florida for VMX!

As the biggest conference of the year, VMX is always a whirlwind – busy but exhilarating. It’s a fantastic opportunity for us to connect with individuals on a personal level and catch up with clients. (And yes, some of the team even managed to sneak in a quick trip to Disney too!)

February rolled around and it was time to prepare for our next big event: Victus Group – WVC in Las Vegas! This marked our fourth year exhibiting in Las Vegas, and once again, it did not disappoint. Callum, Stacey, Vicki, and Ryan made the most of their time there – balancing packed show days, intense jet lag, some sightseeing and even birthday celebrations for Ryan, who rang in his birthday in style with the team.

Fast forward to late February and early March, and we welcomed two new faces to the Tempus team! Meet Clark and Sian – both joining us from non-recruitment backgrounds (just like most of our team!). They’ve brought a fresh energy and dynamic to the office and have taken to recruitment life with us brilliantly.

To say it’s been a ‘go, go, go’ start to 2025 would be an understatement.

With six more shows booked for the rest of the year, we’ve got a busy calendar ahead but with the star-studded team we’ve built, we’re confident we’ll rise to the challenge that is balancing office life with work and travel!

We wrapped up Q1 with a team social: an early Friday finish, lunch, and a few cheeky cocktails. The weather was on our side and the sunshine made for the perfect backdrop to decompress and celebrate our Q1 achievements.
