Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Veterinary Dentist to join a thriving specialty practice in Swansea, MA. This well-established facility, a cornerstone of 24/7 emergency care, internal medicine, and surgery since 2006, has recently moved into a newly renovated, state-of-the-art 36,000-square-foot facility. With services expanding to include oncology, dentistry, cardiology, and dermatology, the practice is looking for an experienced Veterinary Dentist to become a key part of their growing team. The ideal candidate will be a Diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College (AVDC) or residency trained and eligible to sit for the certifying exam. They should be eligible for a veterinary license to practice in Massachusetts and be eager to make a significant impact in an expanding, supportive environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration. The role offers a chance to work in a practice that prioritizes excellence in veterinary medicine and cultivates a positive, cooperative culture among its staff. The facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including digital radiography, ultrasound, CT, endoscopic equipment, and a linear accelerator, and it boasts an advanced intensive care unit staffed 24/7 by highly trained technicians and criticalists. The practice also invests in dental diagnostic and surgical equipment to ensure the highest standards of care for its patients. Clinicians benefit from ample office space for record-keeping and calls, ensuring they have the resources to focus on patient care. In addition to the chance to work in a modern, well-equipped facility, this role offers a generous benefits package, including complimentary short-term disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and health insurance options. The practice also provides a robust continuing education program, team member discounts for pet care, and paid time off that includes sick, personal, vacation, and continuing education days. Other perks include reimbursement for professional licenses, dues, and subscriptions to online veterinary resources, as well as a referral bonus program and on-demand daily pay. If you are a skilled Veterinary Dentist looking to join a collaborative and growing team that values excellence in veterinary care, this is an excellent opportunity.
