Our client is a hospital providing specialist veterinary services in North Florida and South Georgia. They are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Veterinary Criticalist to join their expert team. This opportunity is ideal for a residency-trained or board-certified professional eager to work in a high-level, collaborative referral hospital environment dedicated to Critical Care excellence and advanced patient care.

The hospital is open 24/7, offering flexible scheduling options for full-time or part-time candidates.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This position is focused on providing Critical care for small animals, requiring candidates to be either residency trained or board certified. The Criticalist will be expected to deliver high-quality care and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients. The role includes managing critical care cases, collaborating with other specialists, and contributing to the hospital’s commitment to veterinary education, research, and knowledge-sharing.

The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology including Sound Digital Radiology units, a Storz Endoscopy suite, Samsung ultrasound units, a DRE Volumax Oxygen System, and ventilator oxygen assist therapy. The caseload is diverse and managed within a collaborative specialist setting.

Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
