Job Description

This hospital is looking to add an experienced Associate Veterinarian to their team! The hospital provides comprehensive care to companion, pocket pets, birds and exotic pet animals. The doctor would need to see small animals, pocket pets and birds at a minimum. The team also provides care for several wildlife sanctuaries and great opportunities to learn about lions, and tigers, and bears! Oh my, let’s not forget about the monkeys, kangaroos, and other fun and exotic challenges! The hospital has a streamlined system for scheduling general appointments, surgery, and dentistry, allowing the owner to see more complex soft-tissue and orthopedic surgeries, as well as completing root canal procedures. The hospital is very well-equipped with everything you need to practice high-quality medicine and surgeries including; full surgical suite, Ellman cautery, Cuatrro digital x-ray, therapeutic laser, IDEXX in-house labs, and much more! The hospital will be open Monday to Friday 7:30am-6pm, and Saturday 9am-12pm with the addition of the new associate. The ideal candidate will be available to work 3 Saturdays per month and 3-4 days (M-F) per week. The hospital schedule can be flexible with the weekday shifts. Other highlights include; their fantastic team of support staff who live and breathe their motto “Excellence through Education”, multi-award winning—“Best of the Best” Finalist by Oklahoma Magazine and Tulsa World Newspaper, out-of-this-world mentorship opportunities, and true growth potential in a fun and caring environment.
