Salary up to $185,000 (Annual)

  • • Base salary $140k – $185k + production
  • • Ability to earn up to $350k a year

As a Medical Director, your time is focused on building, growing and maintaining your doctors and hospital through being present in the clinic and on the floor in real time, NOT IN AN OFFICE. Specifically you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and inspiring your team, marketing to DVMS, building a schedule, maintaining top tier emergency medical quality of your hospital, and even recruiting! As a leader of your hospital, we will also provide you with an 4-month leadership training program, at no cost to you, to learn how to best help lead your new hospital!
