Our client is a modern and community-focused animal hospital seeking a dedicated Lead Veterinarian to join their experienced and compassionate team. The hospital offers a wide range of medical, surgical, and diagnostic services in a collaborative environment where veterinarians are supported by a strong operational and clinical leadership structure.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position. The hospital operates Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The hospital is closed on Sundays and Mondays, allowing for a healthy work-life balance and consistent scheduling.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Lead Veterinarian will provide exceptional clinical care while also guiding and mentoring the veterinary team. Responsibilities include performing surgeries, wellness and illness exams, diagnostics, dental procedures, and preventive care, as well as maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This leadership role also involves supporting hospital operations, developing medical standards, and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. The position is open to experienced veterinarians or those seeking to advance into leadership, with the full backing of a supportive and structured management team.

It provides a comprehensive range of services, including urgent care, diagnostics, spay and neuter procedures, surgery, vaccinations, X-rays, senior pet care, and dental health services. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
