Our client is a modern, full-service animal hospital in Riverview, Florida, seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their growing team. Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position. The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with Sundays closed. This schedule offers a healthy work-life balance with limited weekend hours and no after-hours or on-call duties.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care while maintaining strong client relationships and promoting preventive health practices. Responsibilities include performing examinations, diagnostics, and surgeries, communicating treatment plans to clients, and ensuring a high standard of care for every patient. The role also involves supporting the professional growth of team members and contributing to the hospital’s positive, client-centered culture. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates seeking a collaborative and supportive environment to grow their skills.

Practice Details
This newly built, state-of-the-art facility is designed to promote a calm, fear-free experience for pets and their owners. The hospital is fully equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, and advanced surgical and dental suites. On-site laboratory and pharmacy services provide quick diagnostic turnaround and easy access to necessary medications. With a focus on modern veterinary care, the hospital offers a range of services including wellness and prevention, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care. Its open and bright layout supports a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients, clients, and staff alike.

Team
The hospital is home to four experienced DVMs and a talented support team who work collaboratively to provide outstanding care. The culture emphasizes mentorship, teamwork, and continuous learning in a fun and supportive environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
