Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a full-service veterinary hospital located in Van Nuys, California. They are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team and deliver high-quality care for companion animals in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Hospital Hours
The hospital’s hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Sunday the hospital is closed. They are looking to add a Full Time Veterinarian to their team.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive veterinary care, including wellness and preventive medicine, diagnostics, dental procedures, surgery, and general practice for dogs and cats. The role involves working alongside a dedicated team to ensure high standards of patient care and client service.

Practice Details
The hospital offers services in preventive care, diagnostics, dental care and surgery for companion animals. The facility emphasizes modern veterinary medicine, a committed team and an environment where pets receive compassionate care.

Team
The hospital is staffed by a team of five veterinarians, supported by a skilled technical and client service team. The culture is collaborative and focused on delivering exceptional medical care and client experience.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
