Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join their progressive and supportive team. This practice is part of a veterinarian-led organization that prioritizes collaboration, professional growth, and client-centered care. The hospital provides a modern, low-stress environment where doctors are empowered to practice high-quality medicine, build strong client relationships, and make a meaningful difference in the community.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position with consistent daytime hours that promote work-life balance. The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The hospital is closed on Sundays, allowing associates to enjoy regular time off.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality, proactive preventive and medical care while maintaining a strong focus on the client experience and the human-animal bond. Responsibilities include wellness and preventive care, diagnostics, and surgical and dental procedures, while upholding low-stress handling techniques. The role involves collaborating with hospital leadership and colleagues to advance clinic goals and maintain exceptional standards of care. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with mentorship and professional support available.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
