Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a small animal hospital that provides care for cats, dogs, and exotics. They are currently seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The schedule is open to discussion, and both full-time and part-time applicants are welcome.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This is a full-service general practice role encompassing all aspects of small animal medicine and surgery. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is fully equipped with both dental and full-body X-rays. Their focus is on providing excellent client experiences and education. Services offered include dental care, elective surgeries, and common major surgeries.

Team
The hospital’s team includes four technicians with a combined total of 40 years of technical experience.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
