Introduction
Our client is a full-service animal hospital located in Holly Ridge, North Carolina, seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their friendly and community-focused team. The hospital provides high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for dogs and cats, proudly serving the surrounding communities of Holly Ridge, Sneads Ferry, and Surf City since 2015. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and is closed on weekends, ensuring an excellent work-life balance. The position is full-time, and the schedule does not include after-hours or emergency responsibilities, allowing veterinarians to enjoy their evenings and weekends free.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to small animal patients. Daily duties include performing wellness and preventive exams, diagnosing and managing medical cases, conducting soft tissue surgeries, and providing dental care with radiography. The veterinarian will also play an important role in client education, helping pet owners make informed decisions about their pets’ health. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, offering mentorship and professional development in a positive and collaborative setting.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with digital radiography, in-house laboratory analyzers, ultrasound, a dedicated dental suite with dental radiographs, and laser therapy equipment. Services include wellness and preventive care, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, radiology, cardiology, allergy management, and pain control. The facility emphasizes personalized medicine, efficient workflow, and compassionate care for both pets and their families.

Team
The hospital has a team of five veterinarians supported by a skilled and caring group of veterinary technicians, assistants, and client service professionals. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
