Introduction
Our client is a full-service veterinary hospital located within a leading pet health and wellness center in Fontana, California. They are currently seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through high-quality, full-service veterinary care in a supportive and purpose-driven environment.

Hospital Hours
The hospital operates Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; the hospital is closed on Thursday and Sunday.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide excellent patient care through physical examinations, diagnosing and treating diseases, and offering preventive care tailored to each patient’s lifestyle and environment. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed and accurate medical records, performing both routine and complex surgical procedures such as spays/neuters, abdominal explanatories and mass removals, as well as comprehensive dental procedures including evaluations, radiographs and extractions. The veterinarian will also develop treatment plans for day-hospitalized patients, transition patients to overnight care as needed, communicate effectively with referral hospitals, and participate in rounds at the beginning and end of shifts. The role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and adherence to hospital standards while contributing to an exceptional client and patient experience. The position is suitable for experienced veterinarians.

The hospital is well-equipped with quality diagnostic and surgical tools, including ultrasound in every hospital, heated hydraulic surgery tables and DDXR technology. The facility provides comprehensive veterinary services covering wellness care, diagnostics, surgery and dentistry. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
