Introduction
Our client is a full-service animal hospital located in Concord, North Carolina, currently seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated and collaborative team. Established in 1996, the hospital provides exceptional veterinary care for canine and feline patients, offering a personalized approach focused on compassion, quality medicine, and client trust. With a strong reputation in the Concord and Lake Norman communities, the hospital continues to grow and is looking for a motivated veterinarian to contribute to its mission of helping pets live longer, healthier lives.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. It is closed on Sundays, ensuring work-life balance and predictable scheduling. This is a full-time position with no after-hours or emergency responsibilities, allowing veterinarians to focus on high-quality patient care within regular clinic hours.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will deliver high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care while building strong client relationships through communication and education. Daily responsibilities include performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, and carrying out surgeries and dental procedures. Preventive care and client education are key focuses of this role. The hospital encourages collaboration and professional growth, making this position ideal for a team-oriented veterinarian seeking a supportive, inclusive, and growth-minded environment. Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment technologies, including digital dental and DR radiography, in-house IDEXX laboratory analyzers (Lasercyte, Sedivue, and Catalyst), and a Navi Vet Ultrasound. The clinic features four exam rooms, a spacious surgical suite, an isolation room, and a comfort room, providing an efficient and comfortable environment for both clients and staff. Services include internal medicine, orthopedics, cardiology, oncology, ophthalmology, endocrinology, and pain management. The hospital utilizes Avimark software and emphasizes a high standard of care combined with excellent hospitality.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
