Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a full-service general practice hospital that cares for cats and dogs. They are currently seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm and on Saturday from 8 am to 3:30 pm. The hospital is closed on Sundays. The schedule for doctors is open to discussion, and the role can be offered on a full- or part-time basis.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This is a full-service general practice role, providing comprehensive care for cats and dogs. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
Practice Details
The hospital operates within a state-of-the-art 12,000 sq ft facility equipped with advanced technology and resources to perform orthopedic procedures, ultrasound, echocardiography, video endoscopy, digital radiography, chemotherapy, canine reproduction services, and more. It is an AAHA-accredited and award-winning hospital offering full-service general practice care.
Team
The hospital has a team of 15 doctors and more than 75 support staff who work together in a positive, fun, and supportive environment. They offer excellent mentorship and learning opportunities for all team members.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
