Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their well-established AAHA-accredited facility located in Summerfield, NC. Since 2006, the practice has been providing comprehensive veterinary care for dogs and cats in a state-of-the-art environment that emphasizes teamwork, clinical excellence, and a commitment to outstanding patient and client service.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering a wide range of clinical services including preventative care, diagnostics, surgical care, dental care, reproductive services, urgent and emergency care, dermatology, and spay/neuter procedures. The role is designed for a veterinarian who is passionate about providing high-quality care and thrives in a collaborative, client-focused setting.

The practice is AAHA-accredited and equipped with cutting-edge diagnostic and surgical technology. Services offered include laparoscopic and orthopedic surgery, advanced dentistry, house calls, boarding, grooming, and microchipping. Team
You would be joining the team as the fifth DVM, supported by a highly skilled and dedicated support staff. The environment is collaborative and focused on delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and patients, with an emphasis on professional development and shared success.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
