General Practice Veterinarian (Veterinarian)

Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital that provides care to cats and dogs and is currently hiring for an Associate Veterinarian. This role offers the opportunity to join a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality veterinary medicine.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Thursday from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm, Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm. The hospital is closed on Sundays. The ideal schedule for this role would be four weekdays with rotating Saturdays. Specific doctor hours are open to discussion. This position can be structured as regular full-time or regular part-time.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role includes full general practice responsibilities. The position is open to experienced veterinarians who are looking to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Practice Details
The hospital operates out of a state-of-the-art facility and offers services ranging from wellness and preventive care to surgery and dentistry, all within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

Team
The team includes three DVMs and a tenured support staff.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
