Job Description

A well-established, small animal practice is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated and supportive team. The clinic primarily serves small animals but also sees pocket pets and some exotics. There is flexibility to expand exotic services for a doctor with a special interest in this area. The practice recently completed a full renovation and expansion in 2023–24, resulting in a modern, spacious facility with five exam rooms. It is fully equipped with digital x-ray, dental x-ray, laser therapy, electrocautery, IDEXX in-house laboratory, and electronic medical records. In addition to full-service general practice offerings, the clinic also provides laser therapy and orthopedic services. Appointments are scheduled for 30 to 45 minutes, allowing veterinarians time to deliver thorough, personalized care. The current team includes one doctor, three technicians, three assistants, two receptionists, and a rotating group of two to four kennel technicians. This position is ideal for both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with mentorship and support readily available. A full-time schedule consists of four days per week with rotating Saturdays, though part-time availability can be accommodated.
