Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a small animal hospital proudly serving its community for more than thirty years. They are currently hiring for an Associate Veterinarian to join their established and trusted team.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM; and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A flexible schedule is available, and the position can be either full-time or part-time, open to discussion based on the candidate’s needs.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for all general practice duties, including wellness care, surgery, and vaccinations. The role supports a mixture of wellness, sick, and surgical cases. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and those earlier in their careers.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with cutting-edge technology and facilities, supporting the delivery of high-quality veterinary care. It maintains a hands-free approach and is committed to a fear-free environment. While the hospital primarily handles a common GP caseload, it also offers ZooMED animal care, reflecting a broad and engaging scope of services.

Team
This is a multi-doctor hospital supported by a strong and experienced technical team. The practice fosters a collaborative and supportive culture, ensuring comprehensive care through teamwork and shared dedication.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
