Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital dedicated to small animal care, currently hiring a part-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team in Bonita Springs, FL. This well-established practice provides high-quality veterinary services for dogs and cats and offers a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. It is closed on Sundays. The position is part-time, with flexible scheduling options available to suit the needs of the candidate.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for the full range of duties typical of a general practice veterinarian, including preventive care, wellness exams, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, and internal medicine. The role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with a supportive team ready to provide mentorship and guidance.

The hospital is a full-service animal practice certified in the Recover Initiative for CPR. The practice fosters a collaborative culture focused on delivering compassionate and thorough veterinary care in a well-equipped environment.
Team
The hospital is home to a team of one full-time and three part-time doctors, supported by an experienced and well-tenured team of technicians and a dedicated practice manager. The clinic promotes a team-based approach to care, ensuring all team members are valued and supported.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
