Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team caring for cats and dogs. This small animal hospital has been a cornerstone of its community for over 25 years, providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care within a family-oriented, supportive environment.
Working Hours / Rota
This is a part-time role. The clinic operates from 7:30am-5:30pm on Tuesday-Thursday. They operate extended hours until 6pm on Monday and Friday. The practice is closed Saturday and Sunday.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will focus on providing exceptional care and outstanding customer service, ensuring every pet and client feels valued. Clinical responsibilities include wellness care, surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, and education-focused client support. This role is open to experienced veterinarians.
Practice Details
The hospital operates in a modern, spacious facility with four exam rooms, designated spaces for dogs and cats, a large treatment area, in-house laboratory, ultrasound, digital dental radiology, and comprehensive surgical capabilities including routine spays and neuters, mass removals, dental cleanings, and oxygen therapy equipment. The hospital also offers behavioral and nutritional counseling, maintaining a focus on education and wellness within its caseload.

Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
