General Practice Veterinarian (Associate Veterinarian)

Job Description

This hospital are a small, but very busy small animal clinic, seeing only cats and dogs. They consider themselves a primary care clinic, offering vaccination and preventative services, as well as seeing sick animals with minor illness and injuries. They currently have 2 full time doctors and 1 part time surgeon who performs spays and neuters. Appointment times are 20 minutes long. The doctor normally has 2 rooms to work between with an assistant for each room, as well as a kennel technician who serves as an extra pair of hands when needed. They have digital x-ray capabilities, an in-house lab set up, dental cleaning unit, and one surgery suite.
