Our client is a progressive and fast-paced veterinary hospital based in Rome, Georgia, seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join their growing team. This well-established practice provides care for dogs and cats and offers a wide range of advanced services. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:45am until 5:30pm, and on Saturdays from 7:45am until 12:00pm. It is closed on Sundays. This position can be full-time or part-time depending on the doctor’s preference.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for providing preventive care, general medicine, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care. The hospital encourages doctors to stay current with new treatments and protocols while building strong relationships with clients and their pets. Compassionate and collaborative veterinarians with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. The role is open to both experienced doctors and new graduates, with structured mentorship available to support those entering practice.

Practice Details
This modern practice is fully equipped to provide comprehensive care, including in-house diagnostics, digital radiology (full body and dental), ultrasonography, therapeutic laser, Phovia light therapy, oxygen therapy, and high-speed dentistry. Services also include wellness care, vaccinations, parasite prevention, senior pet care, nutritional counseling, and after-hours emergency support. The hospital culture is client-focused, team-oriented, and committed to delivering the highest standards of patient care.

Team
The hospital has a team of five veterinarians supported by an excellent group of veterinary support staff. The environment is collaborative, welcoming, and mentorship-driven, making it an ideal opportunity for both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
