General Practice Veterinarian (Associate Veterinarian)

Job Description

This is a privately owned hospital that sees mostly small animals, however the owner does see some pocket pets (but this isn’t mandatory). The hospital will ensure you are well supported, with at least 2 tech’s per doctor, and appointment times are 30 minutes across the board. Hospital equipment includes: digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, ultrasound, cold laser, electrocautery, 4 exam rooms, Abaxis in-house labs and evet electronic medical records. The owner is looking for a second DVM that ideally has over 3 years experience, as some solo charge work will be required. The schedule is Monday to Friday with NO WEEKENDS for full time doctors, although part-time also welcome! The hospital has been in the community for over 43 years and really welcomes candidates that want a family like feel to their place of work and someone who is eager to join a hospital that is growing under the new owner.
