Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a modern animal hospital that has been serving the community since 2022, providing comprehensive care across a wide range of services. They are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated team of doctors in delivering high-quality medical, surgical, and wellness care to companion animals.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sundays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, allowing flexibility to suit different needs.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients through wellness examinations, surgery, dentistry, and diagnostics, while also developing strong client relationships and promoting education in preventative healthcare. Duties include performing diagnostic, medical, surgical, and dental procedures, maintaining accurate medical records, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for patients. This role is open to experienced veterinarians.

Practice Details
This state-of-the-art hospital is equipped with a wide range of advanced technology and facilities, including ultrasound, digital radiology with telemedicine, digital dental radiology, a dental suite with three operatories, an ICU with 24-hour monitoring, a modern surgery suite, and extensive in-house lab equipment. Additional facilities include an isolation ward, large treatment area, staff break room, and associate doctor office. The hospital offers an extensive suite of services including wellness and preventative care, internal medicine, dentistry, surgery, urgent care, orthopedics, oncology, dermatology, ophthalmology, cardiology, acupuncture, chemotherapy, regenerative medicine, advanced soft tissue procedures, pain management, and rehabilitation therapies. This diverse caseload provides an engaging and rewarding environment for clinicians.

Team
The team includes seven veterinarians supported by a highly trained group of support staff. The culture is collaborative and team-oriented, with a strong focus on mentorship, professional development, and delivering the highest standard of care to both patients and clients.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
