Introduction
An AAHA-accredited animal hospital in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its four-doctor team. This established small animal hospital provides comprehensive care for dogs and cats, supported by advanced diagnostic technology and a highly skilled team. The hospital emphasizes collaboration, professional growth, and compassionate client relationships, creating an environment where veterinarians can thrive while delivering exceptional medical care.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Full-time availability is preferred, though part-time arrangements may be considered. Veterinarians may choose between 8- or 10-hour shifts, with rotating weekends. The schedule is structured to promote balance and maintain consistent, high-quality patient care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will manage a range of medical and surgical cases, from wellness visits to more involved diagnostics and treatments. Responsibilities include performing examinations, interpreting diagnostic results, developing individualized care plans, and maintaining clear, empathetic communication with clients. The role requires a commitment to best practices, teamwork, and the application of Fear Free techniques whenever possible to ensure comfort for both patients and staff.

This AAHA-accredited hospital features advanced medical technology, including digital radiography, ultrasound, and hands-free radiology systems designed to promote safety and efficiency. Team
You will join a team of four veterinarians supported by experienced technicians and a dedicated client service staff. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
