Introduction
Our client is a well-established, progressive animal hospital seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated four-doctor team. This companion animal practice also provides limited care for exotic species and has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, compassionate veterinary medicine. The clinic combines a modern, fast-paced environment with a friendly, community-oriented atmosphere, offering excellent mentorship for new graduates and a supportive culture for experienced veterinarians.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturdays from 7:00am to 2:00pm, remaining closed on Sundays. The position is full-time, with flexible scheduling available to promote a healthy work-life balance.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical and surgical care, including preventive wellness, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, urgent care, and dentistry. The role also includes involvement in diagnostics, imaging, and client communication to ensure thorough and compassionate treatment plans. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with structured mentorship and professional development opportunities provided.

Practice Details
The hospital is fully equipped with digital radiography, digital dental X-ray, ultrasound, cold laser therapy, and a complete in-house laboratory. The facility offers a broad range of services, including wellness and vaccination programs, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, urgent and same-day visits, dental care, senior pet care, nutritional counseling, and boarding. Ultrasound services include abdominal, cardiac, urinary, and pregnancy imaging, with the ability to share images electronically for specialist review. Radiographs are processed instantly using state-of-the-art digital technology for efficient diagnostics.

Team
The practice is home to four experienced DVMs supported by a skilled and caring support team. The environment is collaborative, encouraging open communication, mentorship, and professional growth, allowing veterinarians at all levels to thrive within a supportive and cohesive team.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
