Introduction
A privately owned veterinary hospital in Boise, Idaho is seeking a part time Associate Veterinarian to join its two doctor team. With a strong focus on affordable, high quality care for dogs and cats, and the option to see exotics, this practice offers the perfect environment for a veterinarian who values both patient care and client trust. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is closed on weekends. This part time position offers a flexible schedule with twenty to thirty minute appointments to allow thorough, individualized care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will deliver compassionate medical and surgical care, with an emphasis on dentistry, which is a frequent focus of the practice. Responsibilities include performing examinations, developing treatment plans, interpreting diagnostics, and fostering lasting client relationships. The role is well suited for a veterinarian comfortable with surgery and dentistry, while also offering opportunities to expand into exotics if desired.

Practice Details
The hospital features three exam rooms, a three to one technician to doctor ratio, and a variety of diagnostic and treatment tools. Equipment includes digital radiography, UV light and traditional lasers, Avaxis in house labs, a urinalysis machine, and Zoetis and Zomedica testing capabilities. The practice is exploring additional technology such as dental radiography and ultrasound to further enhance care. The hospital emphasizes affordability to ensure clients can access the care their pets need.

Team
This close knit team currently includes two veterinarians and a strong support staff with a three to one technician to doctor ratio. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
