Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position with a structured schedule designed to support consistency and work-life balance. The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and is closed on weekends. The predictable hours allow the Medical Director to balance clinical leadership and administrative responsibilities while maintaining a healthy personal routine.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Medical Director Veterinarian will oversee medical quality, mentor associate veterinarians, and ensure best practices in patient care and client service. Core responsibilities include setting clinical standards, developing treatment protocols, and guiding a team-oriented approach to veterinary medicine. This role blends leadership and hands-on practice, offering opportunities to perform surgery, engage with clients, and collaborate closely with hospital management to support growth and innovation. Strong communication skills, clinical confidence, and a passion for team development are essential.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
