An exciting leadership opportunity is available for a Medical Director to join a well-established small animal practice on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. This role offers the chance to lead a dedicated, experienced team in a hospital known for practicing high-quality medicine in a supportive and collaborative environment. The team includes long-standing staff members—some with over eight years of service—who bring consistency, deep knowledge, and strong support to daily operations. Each doctor is paired with two assistants per shift, with additional team members on hand to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care. The hospital is fully equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, digital dental X-rays, and an in-house lab. All imaging and lab work is submitted for expert interpretation with rapid turnaround times, allowing for timely, accurate diagnoses. Hands-free radiology techniques have been standard practice since 2019, ensuring the highest levels of patient safety and staff well-being.
