Our client is a well-established companion animal practice that has been respected in the community for over 15 years, specializing in high-quality care for dogs and cats. They are hiring for an Associate Veterinarian position and are open to both full-time and part-time candidates. The hospital is known for its emphasis on preventative care, client education, and gold-standard medicine, while fostering long-term relationships with a loyal client base through personalized service.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for the full scope of general practice responsibilities, providing comprehensive medical care for dogs and cats. A proficiency in basic soft tissue surgery and/or dentistry is preferred, alongside a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. The hospital offers flexible scheduling designed to support true work-life balance. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM, and is closed on Sundays. The practice is housed in a modern facility that utilizes gentle handling techniques and maintains a calm environment for feline patients. Equipment available includes, but is not limited to, an in-house laboratory, digital X-ray, and dental digital X-ray. The hospital provides a full scope of general practice services and offers access to mobile ultrasound services. The practice has cultivated a loyal client base that values long-term relationships and personalized veterinary care. Veterinarians also have the opportunity to collaborate directly with the Medical Director, a compassionate and highly respected leader in veterinary medicine. In addition, the team actively supports Trap–Neuter–Vaccinate–Return (TNVR) initiatives that help manage community cat populations while improving the health of outdoor cats.

Team
The hospital is supported by 3 experienced veterinarians and 9 skilled support staff members, including 2 dedicated surgery technicians and multiple veterinary assistants. The strong technician-to-doctor ratio allows for efficient workflows and effective patient care, creating a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
