Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. They are looking for a full-time veterinarian, although part-time options can be discussed. The hospital sees dogs and cats and offers an opportunity to work within a supportive clinical environment with a varied caseload.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for the full scope of general practice responsibilities, including internal medicine, wellness and preventive care, surgery, dentistry, and more. The role offers flexibility in scheduling, with doctor hours open to discussion. Applications are welcomed from both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is well-equipped with digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, in-house laboratories, and additional modern veterinary equipment. Facilities include dedicated surgical and dental suites as well as an in-house pharmacy. The practice provides a full scope of GP services, including wellness care, preventative medicine, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry. Opening hours vary depending on the individual clinic location.

Team
The hospital is supported by a great team of support staff and fosters a collaborative working environment where veterinarians can work closely together to provide excellent patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
